The Banyan Villa

The Banyan Villa is a two-story building with 2 ocean view suites. Captains Suite at the first floor and the Penthouse Suite at the top floor can sleep 4 persons. Additional person can be accommodated at the two deluxe rooms located at the first floor at maximum of 4 person.

                            The Penthouse Suite commands the entire top floor of the building with over 120 sqm area. The indoor living room roll away wall opens onto the outdoor living room with lounging areas. The bedroom is specially a character by itself, with a super king size bed raised up by the window to get the ocean view and in a very special day, watch the moon set from your bed. A full bathroom is attached to the indoor living room. The bedroom French doors open onto the large outdoor bathroom suite, featuring all the essentials plus a large octagon, marble bathtub with unsurpassed ocean views and stars at night, and a walk-in shower.
A newly added outdoor living area with lounge chairs and hammock were added to make your stay more comfortable.

The Captains Suite with 45 sqm floor area is a corner room with an extra-large veranda overlooking the harbor. You can watch the fish swimming in the ocean from your veranda! You can choose between two different sitting areas on the veranda. Inside the wall-to-wall sliding doors, the suite offers wood floors, king size bed with a full canopy net and ceiling fans. There is also a sitting area inside the room, a closet room and sitting area. The large bathroom is decorated with Capiz shells with big mirror, a long deep bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.

Deluxe Corner Room with 32 sqm is a corner room allowing plenty of windows in the bedroom and the bathroom are of equal size and being a corner room there are plenty of windows in both rooms. The bedroom has a king size bed, wood floors, full canopy net, small writing table, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The veranda is part of the entry walkway which is private. The bathroom is very spacious and has a long deep bathtub as well as a separate walk-in shower. 

Deluxe Middle Room with 32 sqm is a middle room and although the same size as the corner room, the middle room feels smaller due to the floor plan and fewer windows. Overall, this room has a cuter, more ornate appearance. The room has a king size bed raised up to window level, air conditioning, wood floors, beautiful wooden-cabinetry, ceiling fans and a small writing table. A small veranda faces the sea, it is small but big enough for two. The bathroom is cozy and has a walk-in shower and separate deep bathtub and a deep bathtub.
